SKG Store UK uses Royal Mail to offer FREE standard shipping within the United Kingdom, based on SKG Store UK’s discretion.

Where do we deliver?
Currently we are only able to deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Please note: we will not be able to ship to the following as they are not officially part of the United Kingdom:
- Republic of Ireland
- Jersey
- Guernsey
- Isle of Man
SKG Store UK does not currently support shipments to hotels/temporary housing or P.O. Boxes. Products sold on this website are not available for international delivery and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses or resellers.
About Your Shipment
In-stock products usually ship the same day (Mon - Fri) and you will receive a shipping confirmation once your SKG product is on the way to your address.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.
Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a processing delay.
If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.
It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address specified in your order details.
What if I order after 4pm (GMT) using your next day delivery option?
Orders placed after 4pm Monday to Thursday are processed the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday) and delivered on the Tuesday.
Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
We will endeavour to make amendments to your order wherever possible, however this is dependent on what stage your order has reached at our warehouse. Amendments cannot be made once your order leaves our warehouse.
