Terms and Conditions
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Prize Draw. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
By entering (or otherwise participating in) the competition, entrants agree to these Official Rules, which are a binding contract, so read them carefully before entering. Without limitation, this contract includes indemnities to the Prize Draw from you and a limitation of your rights and remedies.
Eligibility
18+, UK residents only. One entry per person. The following may not enter the Prize Draw:
- Our employees or their families; and/or
- Our agents, subcontractors, and any other third parties involved in or directly associated with the running of the Prize Draw.
Entry Period
The prize draw begins on 00:01am on 17/02/2025 and will continue until 23:59 on 31/03/2025
How to Enter
To be eligible for entry please follow these three steps:
Prize
One SKG E3 Pro Eye Massager. No cash alternative. Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable. We reserve the right to substitute a prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event that circumstances beyond our control make it necessary for us to do so.
Winner
One winner will be selected randomly on 04/04/2025. The winning participant will be contacted within seven days
Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to the winner notification within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified timeframe, they will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be selected.
Publicity
The winner's name/handle may be used for promotional purposes.
Disqualification
SKG Store UK reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate.
General Conditions
Gekko Group reserves the right to amend/cancel. By entering, you agree to these terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
